Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
You can sign in with your Apple, Google, or Facebook account, or play as a guest. Guest accounts are created automatically — no registration required. You can link a social account later from Settings to sync your progress across devices.
How does multiplayer matchmaking work?
Tap "Play" and select a difficulty level to enter the matchmaking queue. You'll be paired with an opponent of similar skill level. Both players receive the same puzzle and race to solve it first. If no opponent is found within a few seconds, you can continue as a solo game.
Can I play offline?
Yes! Solo mode works fully offline with client-side puzzle generation. Multiplayer matches require an internet connection. Your progress will sync when you're back online.
How do I change the app theme?
Go to Settings (gear icon) and scroll to the Themes section. You can choose from 7 handcrafted themes including dark, light, ocean, forest, sunset, neon, and minimal.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also request account deletion by emailing us at the address below.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce the bug. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. We review all reports and aim to fix issues as quickly as possible.
How do I restore my purchases?
Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google account. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases to recover any previously made purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
